We designed the Galileo Applicant Tracking System with the intent of sharing data with payroll systems, onboarding solutions, and HRIS systems once the applicant is hired.  There’s no sense in re-keying applicant data in another application when it has already been typed into the Galileo system.  Additionally, we can share data with virtually any number of system applications as you desire, including employment screening services.  We can export data through XML, CSV, Excel, and other formats that you need so this information can be seamlessly imported into other talent acquisition products of your choosing.

Furthermore, we can “push” your job posting to free job aggregator sites like Glassdoor, Linkup, Jobdig, Simply Hired, and Indeed so it gets more exposure and you have a better chance of finding a highly qualified applicant.  Of course, we have integrated with popular “pay-per-post” job boards like CareerBuilder.
