5.) Can I limit access to certain areas of the application tracking system for some of my employees?
a.) Yes, you can define specific user roles for your staff and limit their access in the system and even limit the job categories where they can view applications. You can define as many unique user roles as you wish.
6.) Is the applicant data stored in a secure location?
a.) HR ProFile contracts with GoDaddy.com to provide a secure location to house the off-site servers that contain applicant data. These secure data centers have multiple suppression systems and redundancy measures in place to deal with fire, power outages, earthquakes, and security breaches. Your data is safer at this data center than at your own business.
7.) Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
a.) As you would expect, you get the best pricing when you commit to a 36-month Hosting Agreement; however, you have the option of a month-to-month Hosting Agreement as well.
8.) Will I be able to get my applicants’ data if I decide to discontinue using the Galileo ATS?
a.) We can make arrangements to retrieve applicant data that is less than 3 years old. We can place this data in a universal format, such as XML, CSV, or an Excel spreadsheet.
