Will I be able to contact a customer service representative if I have questions while using the Galileo ATS? a.) Yes, you can reach a support representative for assistance by phone or by e-mail. We will promptly call you back when we learn of your call. 3.) Can I add Employer-users to the Galileo ATS on my own, or do I need to get HR ProFile involved whenever I have a need to add another user? a.) As long as you are set up with administrator rights within the recruitment management system, you should be able to add other users whenever you want. There should be at least one person with administrator rights at each Employer site. 4.) Can I have more than one physical hiring location connected to the system? a.) Yes, you can have multiple locations that connect to the Galileo-ATS. This is perfectly allowable, provided all locations are under ownership by the same entity. |
