We accomplish this by providing you with sorting tools that can be customized “out of the box” to your specific recruitment processes. Every enhancement added to the Galileo ATS is always done with one goal in mind, saving our clients’ precious time. Some of the many features benefiting our clients are:
- View the entire employment application in a format you are accustomed to
- View pre-screening question scores and individual answers submitted by the applicant
- Set a threshold level stating that you only want to view candidates who scored above or below a pre-defined scoring percentage.
- One-click selection to record the disposition of candidates no longer in consideration
- View incomplete applications and communicate and encourage high-scoring applicants to complete their applications
- Application log automatically date/time stamps all e-mails sent to applicants through Galileo and workflow folder movements. Also recruiter’s comments concerning the applicant can be entered in the log so all those involved in recruitment management can view and make comments.
- Internal e-mail feature allows employers to send private e-mails between hiring managers and reference documents submitted to Galileo.
