The job applicant is sent to the Galileo Career Portal when he/she clicks on a link to apply for the job listing.  This can occur from our client’s "Career Opportunities" page on their website, or they can apply when they view the job listing on a popular job aggregator site (Simply Hired, Indeed) or a popular job board (CareerBuilder). 

The online recruitment experience should appear to be seamless for the applicant.  We design the applicant career portal so the employer’s logo banner appears at the top of the screen.  We can also customize this screen so it appears similar to other pages on the client's website.  In fact, most of the time, the applicant is unaware that they are not applying directly on our client's website.  We understand that the Galileo Career Portal is an extension of your company's branding efforts and we strive to make the applicant experience an integral part of your company's recruitment processes.
